The club needs 60 people to attend in order to break even.  If the 60 person minimum is not met then the people that are attending will need to pay more.  Presently only 52 people have paid.  Guest can be invited for $25.00 per person.  Clubvette members are $25.00 per couple. 

NOTICE:  As of 11/15/09 we still need about 10 more people to sign up for the Christmas party in order to get the best rate.  If we do not get a total of 60 people to sign up, the club will still have to pay for a miniumum of 60 people, so if you want to go to the Christmas party, please sign call Kathleen Chatterton NOW! Time:   Arrival and cocktails -6:30, Dinner -7:15

Cost:      $25.00 per couple

The Clubvette Christmas party will be held at the Forest Oaks Country Club.  From I 40-85 turn south on US 421 and proceed approximately 7 miles to Forest Oaks Drive.  Turn left and proceed to Forest Oaks Country Club at the the intersection of Belvoir Drive.
